W.A.D.E. (Women Against Depression Empowerment) is a non-profit organization designed and committed to reach hurting and lost souls. It is also our mission to allow women to focus and soul search within themselves to come up with a resolution through Christ in an effort to gain their lives back. W.A.D.E. greatest mission is to educate and inform all women know they have Dominion over all things.
Mission
Our mission is to help women identify practical and spiritual based options to manage crisis in their journey through life. Many women are suffering from different emotions and unable to reach out or gain control of this disease. Some women have not recognized the issue (s) they may be facing. Today some women have resulted to seeking professional therapy, medication to balance their lives, and getting to know their higher power. It is also our mission to allow women to focus and soul search within themselves to come up with a resolution through Christ in an effort to gain their lives back. W.A.D.E. greatest mission is to educate and let all women know they have Dominion over all things.
Vision
God has given me the vision to help restore hurting women mind, body and soul. The support group will offer different options and methods of thinking living through God’s principles. This program will help women unlock the issues of life and arrive at a turning point to regain healing and restoration. Out of the heart flows the issue of life. Through spiritual guidance this will help women to know that, “You are the head and not the tail; you are above and not beneath” Deut. 28:13
Women lives are like streets with many avenues. There are single women, wives, caretakers, counselors, single mothers, widows, working moms, housewives, single parents, and there are some who may have to take majority of the roles in their home. This alone can cause women to be suppressed and oppressed which can become overwhelming to anyone if not managed correctly. There are life situations that may cause women to feel unworthy, doubtful, confused, lonely and a feeling sense of hopelessness. W.A.D.E. was birthed to help EMPOWER all who desire to know the greater plan and purpose God has for their lives. We will address issues such as: self worth, self respect, self value, divorce, death, abuse and how to become better financial stewards over what has been given to us. There will be various coping skills offered through this journey. Just know “Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts” Roman 5:5
